1. Acceptance of terms
By using SafeClick Academy, you agree to use the platform only for authorised workplace cyber safety training, reporting and support purposes.
2. User accounts
- You must use your own account and keep your login details confidential.
- You must not share your password or allow another person to complete training on your behalf.
- You must provide accurate information when registering or when your company creates your account.
- Admins must use their access only for authorised company training administration.
3. Permitted use
The LMS may be used for employee cyber safety learning, simulations, assessments, completion tracking, reporting and support. You may not misuse the system, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform operation or copy platform materials for unauthorised use.
4. Training content
The training content is educational and does not replace your employer’s internal IT, security, finance, HR or legal procedures. Always follow your organisation’s approved reporting and verification process.
5. Reports and certificates
Reports, learner results and certificates are generated from platform activity. Authorised users must handle exported reports securely because they may contain personal information.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the LMS available and working well, but temporary interruptions may happen because of maintenance, hosting, internet, email or security issues. Support requests can be submitted through the Support page.
7. Suspension or restriction
Accounts may be suspended or restricted if there is misuse, unauthorised access, suspicious activity, expired company access or a request from the authorised company administrator.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated when the LMS, services or legal requirements change. Continued use of the LMS after updates means the updated terms apply.
